Requirements
- Apply and get approval before removing any lawn.
- Replace existing lawn with low or no-water landscapes: native and/or drought-tolerant plantings and permeable hardscape such as gravel. The District visits to verify the removal area and eligibility.

- Remove the lawn and plant to the requirements above.
- Send what the program page asks for once the work is done.
