Requirements
- Apply and get approval before removing any lawn.
- Replant with low-water or native plants.
- Convert lawn to drought-tolerant plants, synthetic turf, or permeable paving. Existing lawn must be in good condition and irrigated by a working sprinkler system. Pre-inspection required (805-464-5347); project completed within 120 days.

- Remove the lawn and plant to the requirements above.
- Send what the program page asks for once the work is done.
