Requirements
- Apply and get approval before removing any lawn.
- Replant with low-water or native plants.
- convert lawn to water-efficient landscape; artificial turf NOT allowed
- not retroactive; projects must be approved before work begins
- first-come, first-served while funding lasts; rebated as a bill credit

- Remove the lawn and plant to the requirements above.
